NOTES:
1) I had a problem guessing some of the chords, so I used different positions
for
   the same chord.  F = 1F = 2F but the different positions sound a bit
different...
 
2) Gm = 1Gm but the different position is easier to play as part of the chord
changes here.
 
3) Most of the picking is very simple - to sound similar to JMT - just use
base runs.
